[Dean falls on top of Sam as they sneak through a half open window]
Dean Winchester: Oh, sorry!
Sam Winchester: OK, be quiet.
Dean Winchester: Me be quiet? You be quiet!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sam Winchester: Dean, there's ten times as much lore about angels as there is about anything else we've ever hunted.
Dean Winchester: You know what, there's a ton of lore on unicorns too. In fact, I hear that they ride on silver moonbeams, and that they shoot rainbows out of their ass!
Sam Winchester: Wait, there's no such thing as unicorns?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dean Winchester: Come on man. I know Sam, ok? Better than anyone. He's got more of a conscience than I do. I mean the guy feels guilty searching the internet for porn.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dean Winchester: [Sam points to a word carved into a telephone pole] Croatoan?
Sam Winchester: Yeah.
[Dean stares blankly]
Sam Winchester: Roanoke... lost colony... ring a bell? Dean, did you pay any attention in history class?
Dean Winchester: Yeah. Shot heard 'round the world, how bills become laws...
Sam Winchester: That's not school; that's schoolhouse rock!

First Look at the 'Supernatural' Season 4 Premiere

August 14, 2008

Jared PadaleckiI've been getting a bit tired of using the same old pictures of Sam and Dean every time I write a Supernatural story.  There are only so many photos of Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki in the world, and I feel like I've posted all of them at least twice.  That's why I'm thrilled to report that the CW has finally released pictures from the Supernatural season 4 premiere episode, entitled "Lazarus Rising."  The pictures are a bit spoilery, so you probably shouldn't look at them if you want to go into the September 18 premiere completely oblivious.  Of course, if you don't look at them you'll be missing out on some very intriguing images.  Read on at your own risk!

Five Things We Want to See in 'Supernatural' Season 4

August 12, 2008

Samantha FerrisWe're a little over a month away from the return of Supernatural.  It's been a long summer without the Winchester brothers, especially since we were left with a jaw-dropping cliffhanger that found Dean trapped in Hell.  When I sat down to think about five things I hope to see in season 4, Dean's resurrection didn't make my list.  Not because I don't want it to happen, of course, but because it's obvious it's going to.  Dean won't be away from the world for long, and I thought it'd be interesting to think up five ideas that are more unlikely.  These things may never actually happen on Supernatural, but if they do I'll be the first one to stand up and cheer.

Jensen Ackles, Jared PadaleckiSupernatural fans still have time to agonize over Dean's stint in Hell as we wait for the series to return on September 18.   Now, thanks to Creation Entertainment's recent "Salute to Supernatural" event, we have a few clues about what we can expect in season 4.  Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, and creator Eric Kripke appeared at the convention in Los Angeles to thank the fans, answer questions, and discuss what's coming up for the Winchesters in the future.  Beware that there are some minor spoilers for the next season of Supernatural below.

Supernatural: The Winchesters vs. a Giant Teddy Bear?

August 8, 2008

Jensen Ackles, Jared PadaleckiThere have been plenty of strange creatures on Supernatural over the years.  Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) have faced a scarecrow, a Wendigo, Bloody Mary, vampires, werewolves and shapeshifters, amongst other oddities.  The Winchester brothers have defeated them all, but how will they fare against a seven-foot-tall, talking teddy bear?  Backstage at the San Diego Comic-Con, creator Eric Kripke revealed that fans may soon find out.  The mastermind behind the CW series was excited to discuss other upcoming episodes, and also commented on whether he really plans to end the show after its fifth season.  Read on for all the details, but beware that there are minor spoilers for season 4 of Supernatural.
