Aqua Teen Hunger Force is an animated series shown on the Adult Swim segment of Cartoon Network. As part of the late-night programming block, it visibly contains themes of vile and wicked humor. Ironically, the show's title has little to do with the characters of the series.
Despite having very little continuity between episodes,
Aqua Teen Hunger Force has established itself as one of the longest running shows in the network. The focus of the show is the three anthropomorphic fast food items and their life in New Jersey. The plot mostly entails insidious brutal violence and sarcastic surreal humor. The force includes Master Shake, or Shake, Meatwad, and Frylock. Each character has a distinct ability and has died at least once. Together they piss of Carl, the next-door neighbor of the Aqua Teens.
Aqua Teen Hunger Force is produced by Williams Street Studios. It airs Sundays at 10:30 PM, and Tuesdays thru Fridays at 12:00 AM on Cartoon Network.
