On Friday's
General Hospital, Nikolas shows up at the Zacchara house and tries to cut a deal with Anthony to keep Lulu safe. Jason confronts Sonny about his dealings with Karpov. Carly runs into Karpov on the piers and he offers to take her out on his boat. While Sam gets the shipment ready, the police begin firing at her and Karpov's men. When she tries to run to Lucky, she gets shot. Johnny insists that Lulu stay at the institution and says that it is the best choice for both of them. As soon as he starts to leave, the police arrest Johnny and she starts screaming for them to let her go.
Lucky runs to protect Sam from the gunfire and from getting arrested. Karpov tries to figure out why Carly is suddenly giving him the cold shoulder. Lulu is forced into a straitjacket while the police try to contain Johnny at the institution. Nikolas runs in just as Lulu is injected with a sedative to calm her down.
Karpov allows Carly to reject him this time, but may not be so understanding the next time it happens. Anthony shows up at the hospital for his physical therapy and rattles Elizabeth by telling her she could be useful in his dealings with Jason. After defending Sonny, Kate tries to make sure that she has it right and he's not getting back involved with the mob.
Nikolas sits Lulu up and gets her straitjacket off, promising her that everything will be okay. Lucky gets Sam back to her apartment and nurses her gunshot wound. Carly shows up at Jax's apartment and brings him a romantic dinner. Sonny and Kate are interrupted by Karpov's assistant, who says that she must speak to him right away.
Lucky calls Elizabeth and says he needs her to treat a gunshot wound, no questions asked. Trevor and Anthony meet Johnny at the police station and try to get him released but Scott has no intention of doing so. Lulu admits to Nikolas that she killed Logan. Sonny informs Karpov's assistant that he intends to sever his ties with the Russian mob boss.
Carly successfully connects with Jax and starts kissing him. Lulu is convinced that she's crazy and Lainey comes in to help her. Kate is angry at the interruption and a little jealous, too. Jason prepares himself to take out Karpov. Elizabeth promises not to tell anyone about what happened at the piers to Lucky and Sam. As Jason is about to pull the trigger, he sees Karpov's daughter run to him and hug him.
