Previously on Prison Break: Michael (Wentworth Miller) successfully broke out of Sona prison in Panama, but is out for blood after learning that The Company killed his girlfriend, Sara (Sarah Wayne Callies).
Prison Break always seems to find a way to keep the show new and fresh and keep fans on the edge of their seats. In season 1, Michael planned his escape from Fox River and was forced to take people with him that he never intended to. In season 2, Michael headed out on the run as people he cared about lost their lives and the blood was left on his hands. In season 3, he found himself inside another prison, this time in Panama, and met up with The Company, who asked him to break himself and a valuable prisoner out. Now, in season 4, Michael has successfully broken out of his second prison but with almost everyone he loves now dead, he has nothing to lose and a lot of people to make pay for what they've done to him.
Season 4 of
Prison Break will see the addition of several new cast members, two of which are well known actors from hit television shows. Michael Rapaport (
Boston Public,
The War At Home) joins the show as a government agent who makes a deal with the brothers - but it comes with a catch. They'll have to do as he says or they'll find themselves back in jail, with no hopes of escape. They'll be teamed up with a gadget guru, played by James Hiroyuki Lee, in his first major television role. This computer whiz, Roland Glenn, will help the brothers but complicate things since he has a hard time keeping his mouth shut. Michael and Lincoln will be headed up against the big bad Company but they're ready for them and they've got their top deadly assassin on the case. He will be played by Cress Williams, who was most recently seen playing Miranda Bailey's husband on
Grey's Anatomy.
Without a doubt, the most anticipated storyline of season 4 is the return of Dr. Sara Tancredi, whose head was supposedly last seen in a box, courtesy of The Company. She was thought to be dead for quite some time, with Michael and Lincoln believing it completely, but it appears that she escaped the grasp of The Company and will reunite with Michael very early in the season. Fans of T-Bag (Robert Knepper) will be thrilled to know that he, Bellick, and Sucre make their way out of Sona and must team with up with Michael to fight The Company. Don't worry,
Prison Break fans! T-Bag didn't see the light and change for the better. He's still big, bad Teddy ... and that, among many other things, is going to severely get in the way of Michael being able to accomplish his goals.
