TV families always seem to be more interesting than our own. In fact, they're never normal. At one point or another, we'll all wished to be a part of some imaginary clan. Something deep inside draws us to the craziness, the tenderness or the drama. So we salute all these unique TV families.

No More 'Big Love' Between Chris Klein and Ginnifer Goodwin

It's another celebrity romance gone awry.  Ginnifer Goodwin, the star of HBO's Big Love has reportedly separated from her boyfriend for two years, Chris Klein.  It appears as though the actress is merely opting for the single life.

A good friend of the starlet talked to People Magazine, revealing how things ended for Klein and Goodwin.  “They realized they wanted different things,” the insider disclosed.  “In the long run, the relationship wasn't going to work.”

Fashion and Talent Spell 'Big Love' for Ginnifer Goodwin

Playing the youngest wife in the Henrickson household isn't such a chore for actress Ginnifer Goodwin.  Her unique Southern charm has captivated audiences of Big Love, and she's certainly bagged the attention of designer Tom Ford.  The first time film director chose Goodwin as his star in the film A Single Man, together with the acclaimed Colin Firth.  What's more, the fast-rising starlet has also been honored as MaxMara's “Face of the Future.”

In a Hollywood Hills dinner party last week, Ginnifer Goodwin gave an interview about her journey to prominence.  Along with several celebrities like Mandy Moore and Rose McGowan, she attended the event recognizing Mrs. Nicola Maramotti, the First Lady of MaxMara.  The naturally friendly Goodwin began to talk fashion, starting from the little black dress she looked glamorous in. 

'Big Love' Star Inspires Youth

If there's anything a celebrity should stand for, it's the idea that chasing your dreams eventually pays off.  Last Monday, Big Love series regular Ginnifer Goodwin returned to her alma mater's East Memphis campus in order to give an inspirational talk to students.  Goodwin graduated from the Lausanne Collegiate School in 1966, and later got her degree from Boston University.  Pursuing her acting interests, she continued her studies with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and the Shakespeare Institute of the Royal Shakespeare Company. 

“I don't think that there's anything more powerful than going after something with an education behind you,” declared the 30-year-old actress.  She also advised the attentive audience to abide by their mothers, and try not to harm any photographers on the way to stardom. 

Insiders Reveal Scoop on 'Big Love' 3

Sources have been digging up the dirt on the fictional polygamous Mormon fundamentalist family in Utah, the focal point of the series Big Love.  Since the hit HBO drama will be returning on January next year, the next few months should be devoted to getting hints regarding the surprises in store.  Scouting the spoilers online has never paid off this much, and it would do one well to read on.  

Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello, purveyor of TV secrets, recently answered questions regarding several shows.  These range from Grey's Anatomy, The Unit, Brothers & Sisters, and of course Big Love.  With what he revealed, the next season of the acclaimed controversial program should prove exciting.  

'Big Love' Actor Makes Big Impression

Being part of a controversial television series is a big deal for Big Love’s Douglas Smith.  The Canadian actor, who plays the teenage son of the polygamous protagonist on the HBO series, has revealed how he received interesting fan mail regarding his character.  So far, he’s heard stories from male viewers who have struggled to keep up their Mormon faith while having a girlfriend – just like the guy he portrays. 

During an interview to promote the premiere of Big Love in Canada, Smith said that the letters he’s been getting have really affected him.  “There’s been numerous men in their late 20s or 30s who have kind of somewhat emotionally told me that they totally went through that and (the show) meant a lot to them.” 

'Big Love' Star Involved with 'A Single Man'

While HBO's polygamous drama is taking its time building anticipation for its return, the series stars have decided to take on other projects of their own.  Big Love's Ginnifer Goodwin managed to snag a role for herself in an upcoming film called A Single Man.  Starring Colin Firth, the movie marks the directorial debut of fashion designer Tom Ford.  Several sources have confirmed that Goodwin has jumped in to join the stellar cast which includes Julianne Moore and Matthew Goode. 

Playing Margene Heffman on Big Love, Ginnifer Goodwin booked the film role of an intrigued neighbor who befriends Colin Firth's character.  A Single Man is actually an adaptation of Christopher Isherwood's 1964 novel of the same name.  It follows the trials faced by a gay professor (Firth) in the 1960's, and how he confronts them.
