Last night, Shar Jackson became the winner of Celebrity Rap Superstar, triumphing over The Girls Next Door star Kendra Wilkinson. Throughout the competition, Shar was the breakout star, delivering one awe-inspiring performance after another that left the judges saying she didn't need the title, she already was a Celebrity Rap Superstar.
Less than 24 hours after her victory, Shar spoke with BuddyTV about her time on the show, her plans for the future, and what she thinks about all the drama between her baby-daddy Kevin Federline and his latest ex, Britney Spears. Below you will find an mp3 audio file of the interview, as well as some of the highlights.

Here it is, the finale of Celebrity Rap Superstar. Who will win? Shar Jackson, who has rocked the mic each and every week, winning tons of praise from the judges? Or Kendra Wilkinson, the pretty girlfriend of Hugh Hefner who can't sing a lick, but whose milkshake can bring all the boys (and even some of the girls) to the yard?
After a lengthy recap of the season, Kevin Hart introduces all the eliminated contestants and their mentors. In an hour-long results show, that was an easy way to kill five minutes. We'll get a performance that features all the contestants and mentors. Shar and Kendra have teamed up to sing "It Takes Two." It's a pretty nice duet, and Kendra pulls her weight.

MC Lyte is one of the most prolific female rap stars of all-time, and the only woman serving as a rap mentor on MTV's Celebrity Rap Superstar. The show, which pits eight celebrities against each other in a series of rapping contests, airs its finale tonight at 10pm. MC Lyte serves as mentor to Shar Jackson, who is one of the final two contestants alongside The Girls Next Door star Kendra Wilkinson.
BuddyTV interviewed MC Lyte to get her take on her Celebrity Rap Superstar experience, her feelings about mentoring Shar Jackson, and the likelihood of her repeating her duties for a second installment of the show. Read on to find out what MC Lyte had to say.

Watch out Britney, Shar Jackson's star is on the rise - musically. The first almost Mrs. Federline is poised to take the crown of Celebrity Rap Superstar against her tone-challenged albeit bootylicious co-finalist, Kendra Wilkinson.
Initially coming to prominence for her role as Niecy Jackson on Moesha, the 31 year old from Boston, Massachusetts has actually done some singing in the past, as part of the R&B group MPULZ. Much like her former Celebrity Rap Superstar competitor, Perez Hilton, Shar Jackson isn't a fan of her ex's ex either.

In tonight's penultimate Celebrity Rap Superstar, the top three get narrowed down to our final two. Will Sebastian Bach and Shar Jackson take their rightful places as the king and queen of this show, or will Kendra Wilkinson's magical booty unfairly bounce one of them out?
Tonight, the final two will go head-to-head in a three round battle, which means our Celebrity Rap Superstars need to memorize three new songs for this week. Kevin Hart ain't no Ryan Seacrest (though they probably match up in height), so we'll be getting results right away. Shar is still number one. K-Hart puts the spotlight on the judges before revealing the other finalist. All three pick Sebastian for the win. Naturally, the voters disagree.

In last week's edition of Celebrity Rap Superstar, the infamous gossip blogger, Perez Hilton, got the raw end of the deal, going down in a battle with Canadian heavy metal rocker, Sebastian Bach. Although Hilton did a pretty solid job with Big Punisher's “Still Not a Player,” the judges may have succumbed to the more supple charms of Kendra Wilkinson, who remains in the running despite messing up halfway through her own performance.
In other news, the recently ousted Celebrity Rap Superstar contestant has been rallying his faithful readers to shun recent pop flop, Britney Spears, in favor of the Canadian artist Feist.

Celebrity Rap Superstar is back, minus one Countess Vaughn. Tonight we narrow it down to the final three as the celebrities compete in a speed rapping challenge, guest judged by Twista. Kevin Hart welcomes us to another live hour of rapping, and we go straight into the rankings. The top two are safe, while the bottom two will compete and the judges will decide which of them goes.
Shar Jackson came in first place, finally unseating Kendra Wilkinson, who only got bumped down to second. So the two ladies are safe, while Sebastian Bach and Perez Hilton are the bottom two, and the judges will have a tough choice to make. Both have a lot of pluses in my book, so it will be interesting to see who goes and which man competes against the ladies for the title of Celebrity Rap Superstar.

Kevin Hart hypes the heck out of tonight's Celebrity Rap Superstar. The celebrities will perform songs of their own mentors, votes will be revealed, and the whole game will change. Does he mean the votes will actually determine who gets eliminated?
Somehow, despite the fact that there are now fewer performers, Celebrity Rap Superstar is in rush mode, because they go straight to the first performance. My gut still hurts from laughing at tonight's season premiere of The Office. If you didn't watch it, shame on you. Speaking of which, there's a hilarious Nike commercial featuring Rainn Wilson as a PR man for the U.S. soccer team that you need to see, stat.
