During the highly dramatic finale of the VH1 reality show Celebrity Rehab, the patents were just returning back to the recovery center form a night-out to a comedy club, when actor Jeff Conaway, out of a fit of rage, kicked Vikki Lizzi in the chest. The two were arguing since Jeff was mighty upset at her for abandoning him. Vikki was straight to the emergency room, leaving the other patients pretty much annoyed at the whole incident. Of course, Dr. Drew confronted Jeff about it while reminding him that the recovery center is not a wrestling ring. The doctor had to dismiss him from the place and suggested that he transfer to Las Encinas.
Yet Jeff Conaway being Jeff Conaway, he insisted on going home instead. In a weird twist of events, Vikki forgave Jeff and decided to go home with him. Meanwhile, another patient Gary Busey, who entered the place as a “sobriety coach” finally came to terms with the fact that he can't really preach without practicing what he preaches, so he chose graduation day as his sober date, earning the respect of the group. Also, model-actress Amber Smith wasn't too keen on the whole highlight reel, because she thought she wasn't featured enough in them.

The thought of life after Celebrity Rehab definitely overwhelms most of the participants with emotion but this reality is just too much to take for Seth "Shifty" Binzer, singer and frontman of California-based rapcore band Crazy Town who also was a patient on last year's Celebrity Rehab.

Last week's episode of Celebrity Rehab saw tempers flaring up as participants Gary Busey and Jeff Conaway argued about who's going to sit in the front seat of the van, which led to an even worse heated dispute and physical brawl. But before that happened, we saw Jeff in his most desperate effort yet as he called 911 to inform the authorities that he's being held against his will.
Clearly, Jeff doesn't want to play “the rehab game anymore.” But Dr. Drew hasn't given up hope just yet.
