Yes, this is still around. Bad Girls Club season 3 returned last night, introducing a brood of “bad girls,” who allegedly "recognize that their outrageous behavior has hindered their relationships, careers and lives.” Last night's season premiere saw the seven new cast members, consisting of Ailea, Amber B., Amber M., Kayla, Sarah, Tiffany and Whitney, as they move in together in a luxurious L.A. mansion.
Ailea, who claims herself to be very sexual, can be described as feisty and rich, while Kayla seems to have an obnoxious tough attitude as she reveals that she works for phone sex to help pay the bills. Obviously, there are two Ambers in this season's line up. Amber B., who hails from the Pennsylvania, claims to be "ultra competitive" and doesn't want any girl to be "prettier, smarter or wittier" than her. Amber M, on the other hand, comes from Arizona and is also fond of sex.

After ten weeks, eighteen wannabes and loads of drama—with a sprinkling of bitchiness, if I’m allowed to say that—Paris Hilton’s My New BFF has a winner. Paris finally chose her new BFF. And it happens to be Brittany.
The two remaining BFF wannabes, Brittany and Vanessa, were brought to New York, and were each given a chance to get Paris all for themselves for one day. A dizzy Brittany was treated to a shopping spree, including an ice cream sundae worth a thousand dollars. (So what exactly was in it that made it so expensive?) Vanessa was given a personal tour of East Hampton, a trip to the spa and, quite importantly, a ring that says those crucial letters: BFF.

The good folks over at Dancing with the Stars have barely just crowned Brooke Burke and Derek Hough as the seventh winning couple in the show's history, and already, there is buzz about the eight season.
Season 8 of Dancing with the Stars is scheduled to premiere on Monday, March 9, at 8pm ET. Still no word yet on which celebrities will make up the cast, but I'm still crossing my fingers for Ralph Macchio or Tom Selleck. Or better yet, how about both?
Joining ABC's Dancing hit show will be three new midseason dramas, Castle, Cupid and The Unusuals.

A Montana grandmother has made it her mission to make Jesse Csincsak the Bachelor, following in the footsteps of Mesnick. Both have an something unfortunate in common: they’ve both been blindsided and heartbroken by DeAnna Pappas. Lynn Pinkerton though, feels that she can help Jesse move on by putting him back on reality television to find love. “They did this with the Bachelor on there right now, Jason Mesnick from Seattle, to get him on there,” she said. “They had 1,600 signatures for him.”

We're still over a month away from the premiere of Lost's fifth season, but thankfully we only have to wait a week until the release of the long-awaited season 4 DVD set. Lost executive producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse recently held a round table discussion to promote the DVDs, and they also ended up revealing some interesting tidbits about season 5. Will upcoming episodes still feature flashbacks? Will the Oceanic Six spend the entire season trying to get back to the island? If Magazine attended the discussion and got the answers to these and other burning questions.

While some of the big networks have struggled to find viewers throughout the fall season, CBS has been able to brag about their numerous successes. NCIS is hitting all-time ratings highs, The Mentalist is one of the most popular new shows of the year, and of course the network still has heavy hitters like Survivor, The Amazing Race and the CSI franchise. While NBC and ABC are canceling shows left and right, CBS is enjoying a string of good luck.
Will that good luck continue in 2009? CBS recently announced their mid-season programming plans, which includes new seasons of Survivor, Flashpoint and The Amazing Race, and the long-awaited premieres of two new shows.

It's that time of the year again. I guess. I didn't think it was that time of the year, not now, not yet, but there I was, perusing the internet tube machine, and I stumble across American Idol Season 8 Rumors! Yes, rumors. Spoilers. For American Idol! The New York Post today released some names of supposed Hollywood finalists for Season 8 of American Idol. These are singers who have, according to the Post, have reached the advanced Hollywood stages of American Idol, the first week of which has just wrapped up filming. This, all according to the New York Post, so it should be taken with a giant spoonful of salt. However, the list of names, which you can read below, contain some intriguing people, including a nephew of a famed singing duo, a sibling of a former Idol finalist and someone who is tangentially connected to Utahan boy wonder David Archuleta.

After landing in the bottom for the first two episode, Ariane Duarte pulled out a strong performance on last week's Top Chef 5. She'd previously seemed on a fast track out the door, but with the praise of the judges, perhaps her crisis of confidence has ended. Maybe it was all a case of nerves that caused her early weak performance, and this week, we'll have the chance to see how she does after being called out for being one of the best.
Of course, with that storyline being derailed, it's now back to the guessing game! Who might be the cheftestant sent home on this week's episode of Top Chef?

Has the exodus of Friday Night Lights cast members begun? Is this a sign that the show's long, arduous death march is coming to a close after three tumultuous, yet critically-acclaimed seasons? Aimee Teegarden, the adorable teen who plays Julie Taylor, progeny of Coach Eric Taylor and his lovely wife Tami, has signed for an appearance on the CW's 90210. Teegarden will play a girl named Rhonda, who crosses paths with Ethan Ward, current boyfriend of de facto lead character Annie Wilson on 90210. As of now, Teegarden has signed on for one lonely episode, but there's always the possibility for more. Can we read anything into the future of Friday Night Lights given this news?

Toni and Dallas came into The Amazing Race as decisive underdogs. Multi-generational teams rarely perform well on The Amazing Race, and when there came early discussions of the favorites, Toni and Dallas's names rarely came up. But, they're steady racing became more and more noticeable as the season progressed, until we all realized that the mother/son duo were legitimate contenders for the million dollars. Unfortunately, their race came to an end on the penultimate leg, mostly thanks to Dallas's unfortunate loss of the bag containing his passport and all of their team's money. Earlier this morning, we talked to Toni and Dallas about their time on the race, what really happened with the money and passport, and whether Dallas has kept in touch with his possible showmance, Starr.
Below you will find the transcript and full mp3 audio of the interview.
