On tonight's episode of Prison Break, Sara panics at the news that The Company will be overseeing Michael's surgery. The General promises her that Michael is in the best care possible and he will treat them as guests while the surgery is taking place. In the operating room, Michael is told that he will be awake for the procedure but he is more concerned with getting Scylla back. Sara tells him not to worry about that right now. The General tells Lincoln that he will not help Michael until Lincoln heads out to retrieve Scylla for him and will have to do working with T-Bag. Linc tries to get information out of T-Bag, who wants money in exchange, but he just knocks him to the floor and begins pulling his teeth out one at a time. T-Bag cracks and gives up Gretchen and Don's location, not wanting to lose any more body parts.

Here's a tip for anyone on Prison Break: if you're going to mess with The Company, you better make damn sure you know what you're doing and what you're getting into. After all they're an international group of corporate alliances who control just about every decision the United States government makes. Anyone who gets in the way of their agenda usually ends up dead or somehow blackmailed into working for them. When Michael stole Scylla, a black book containing the names of all their agents, he underestimated that a selfish Homeland Security agent would run off with it and try to sell it. That leaves Michael and his group as sitting ducks, since they really have nothing The Company wants now - or do they? On Monday night's episode, agents kidnapped Michael, who is currently about to undergo surgery at their headquarters and Lincoln is about to make a deal with the devil.

Confession: I have never had a nosebleed in my entire life. After seeing Michael Scofield's in last night's episode of Prison Break, though, I don't think I ever want one! Sure, Michael has blacked out here and there with the occasional minor nosebleed but last night, his medical condition took a turn for the worse. This season of Prison Break has been filled with highs and lows for Michael and Monday night's episode was no exception. He finally caught up to Don, thanks to help from Lincoln, Sucre, and Sara, and took Scylla back. As he headed out on the run though, he became so dizzy that he simply collapsed in the middle of an alleyway. Don caught up with him quickly and took Scylla back, heading on the run with Gretchen, as Company agents showed up. Rather than chase Don and Gretchen down, they opted to go after Michael instead and dragged him back to their headquarters.

On tonight's episode of Prison Break, Sara takes Michael's medical care into her own hands, since he refuses to undergo surgery until they get Scylla back. Don gives Michael a call and asks if he's ready to talk and when he says no, Don starts firing at them and tries to gas them out. Lincoln finds Don and punches him from behind, then brings him into the warehouse. Gretchen shows up with a gun and Don starts talking. He says the buyer for Scylla wants to see The Company burn as much as Michael does but is willing to pay 9 figures for it. Michael and Lincoln let Don take off with Gretchen and only say that they'll be in touch.

Prison Break has been better than ever this season, with jaw dropping moments in just about every episode. Just when it seemed that Michael had taken down The Company, and retrieved Scylla for the Department of Homeland Security, they are backstabbed by Agent Don Self. Self is now on the run with Scylla, while just about every government organization (and deadly, secret organizations) are hunting Michael down. He and the others will not be free, as they were promised, and they'll have to continue fighting and risking their lives in order to take The Company down, retrieve Scylla, and prove to Homeland Security that they're actually the good guys. The winter finale is rapidly approaching and here's a look at what fans can expect over the next 3 episodes.

The twists and turns just keep coming this season on Prison Break, from Don Self being a villain to Lisa and Gretchen having family connections to The General. It's clear that Michael can't trust anyone but his inner circle: Sara, Lincoln, Sucre, and Mahone (his most unlikely ally). Self is on the run with Scylla but starts hunting Michael down after he realizes that he is missing a crucial piece of The Company's most valued possession. Meanwhile, The Company is also in hot pursuit of Michael, along with the Department of Homeland Security. No one is safe, as proven on Monday night's upcoming episode. Read on for more details!

Whether or not Michael and his group of loyal followers make it out of the current predicament alive is one thing. How they'll function for the rest of their lives if they do is quite another. On Prison Break, Michael, Lincoln, Sucre, Sara, and Mahone have learned one major lesson over the last few seasons: you can't trust anyone. You can't trust your local law enforcements, you can't trust the government, you can't even trust the President. You can't trust hospital personnel or just the average person walking down the street. Anybody could have it out for you at any time. On last night's episode, Michael learned the hard way that he really is alone in the world right now.
